Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using EquiptRoof™ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. EquiptBiz, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.

EquiptRoof™ is a software platform that enables roofing contractors to create branded homeowner estimator funnels, capture leads, manage their sales pipeline, and produce detailed material take-offs. The Service includes:

• Self-filtering homeowner estimator links with custom branding and pricing.
• AI-powered voice follow-up for homeowner leads.
• Satellite-based roof measurement and material take-off tools.
• Lead management dashboard with pipeline tracking.
• Email notifications and CRM integrations.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data without appropriate consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

When homeowners submit information through your estimator funnel, that data is collected on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis to collect and process homeowner data, and for complying with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA, GDPR where applicable). You agree not to use homeowner data for purposes other than legitimate roofing sales and service activities.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by EquiptBiz, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, branding assets). You grant us a limited license to display your content solely to provide the Service.

Paid features of the Service are billed as described on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

Roof measurements and estimates generated by the platform are approximations based on satellite imagery and user-provided data. They are intended as starting points for contractor review and should not be relied upon as final measurements without on-site verification.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUIPTBIZ, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
